Our team provides exceptional care and customer service to the people that matter most - the patients.</p> <p>ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE:</p> <ul> <li>Monday Friday </li><li>7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (this is flexible) </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule patients for PET/CT exams</p> <p>Complete patient screening form with patient</p> <p>Educate patient on the exam and exam preparation</p> <p>Manage and place orders for exam medication</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Prior Authorization experience is a plus</p> <p>Proven customer service skills</p> <p>Previous patient scheduling, call center or reception experience preferred</p> <p>Familiarity with Medical Terminology a plus</p> <p>Able to work in a high volume/fast-paced environment</p> <p>Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information</p> <p>Previous computer experience</p> <p>Shared Medical Services is a leading provider of diagnostic mobile medical imaging with our administrative headquarters located in the Madison, WI area (Cottage Grove).
