Responsibilities In this position you will ensures the safety and security of all Canyon Ranch guests, colleagues and property. Operations: Oversees the security gate; screens vehicles, greets guests and operates the security equipment (Safe reader, Mobile Data Unit-MDU, Dialock, Video camera monitoring, 2 way radio and Entra-Pass). Oversees the Security Key Control Program. Assist Bell Service, as needed with valeting guest vehicles, transporting guests and handling luggage. Lost & Found: Investigates all lost and found property and ensures properties returned to guest, including shipping using FedEx and tracking for billing. Surveillance: Patrols property utilizing vehicle or on foot. Communication: Investigates security and safety incidents and conducts interviews with guests and colleagues and documents findings. Safety: Responsible for responding to medical and other emergency calls. Qualifications Availability: Part-time hours. Shift is Fridays & Saturdays from 3-11pm Experience: 1-2 years previous experience in same or related field Age: At least 21 years of age License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment</p>
