<p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team that will design and deploy the next generation manufacturing tool set </li><li>Identify and work with external Suppliers to build prototypes </li><li>Analyze cost advantages for new machinery, ROI analysis </li><li>Design machinery for high utilization, low maintenance and high safety </li><li>Create tool strategy, timelines for implementing new machinery </li><li>Manage industrial and automation engineering activities in support of fuel cell stack manufacturing. </li><li>Lead and coordinate projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities that drive equipment OEE, cost and safety. </li><li>Provide inputs to strategic decisions that affect production planning, resources and budget. </li><li>Lead activities with cross-functional teams in equipment design, build, upgrades and sustaining. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>BS, or MS degree in Engineering, computer science or equivalent </li><li>Minimum 7 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering management in supporting high volume manufacturing. </li><li>Experienced in managing and mentoring engineering support and production teams in make decisions on key technical issues. </li><li>Experienced in DFM, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. </li><li>Organization skills in driving cross-functional team in new production introduction and factory performance matrix </li><li>Competent in mechanical, pneumatics and electrical systems </li><li>Superior communication skills, (written, verbal and active listening.) </li><li>Highly motivated self-starter, capable of self-management with little to no oversight </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships; Ability to effectively participate on multi-disciplinary teams. </li></ul> <p>Salary Ranges:</p> <p>$155,800.00 - $224,200.00</p>
