Supports sales team by providing quantitative sales reporting and program tracking including updates/results of marketing promotions and bill backs. Reports provided as needed and on designated timelines. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises sales support associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. </li><li>Serves as exclusive liaison for all sales personnel regardless of issue. Manages and follows-up on all requests and issues. </li><li>Designs and manages tracking methods for sales and marketing programs; tracks promotions through completion, including regular updates and final results based on established time periods per program.
