This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals in interior construction for large commercial projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor management. </li><li>Order materials and ensure site safety protocols are adhered to. </li><li>Collaborate with subcontractors and manage the budget effectively. </li><li>Implement schedule management and maintain high standards of construction management. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project superintendent. </li><li>Strong experience in interior construction with large commercial projects. </li><li>Proficiency in construction management, scheduling, and material ordering. </li><li>Experience with site safety management and subcontractor coordination. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of OSHA regulations. </li><li>Experience in tenant improvement and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). </li><li>Skills in budget and schedule management. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Enjoy a fun work hard/play hard office environment in a brand new office space.
