Our Concessions team supports a variety of exciting events at Ashton Gardens, including the Tulip Festival, concerts, America 250, and more.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist guests with concession purchases, including operating the register and handling cash </li><li>Prepare and deliver orders accurately, efficiently, and with a positive attitude </li><li>Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and patient approach with guests and team members </li><li>Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-maintained </li><li>Follow guidance and direction from supervisors </li><li>Close locations as assigned based on shift schedules </li><li>Complete daily preparation tasks </li><li>Manage and update inventory and stocking lists </li><li>Support team motivation by assigning tasks and ensuring follow-through </li><li>Review and complete closing checklists with team members </li><li>Oversee operations across three concession locations </li><li>Demonstrate Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Positive attitude with strong customer service skills </li><li>Previous supervisory or management experience preferred </li><li>Self-driven, reliable, organized, and punctual </li><li>Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs </li><li>Kind, patient, and collaborative with guests and coworkers </li><li>Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team </li><li>Professional and clean appearance </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs </li><li>Valid Food Handler's Permit </li><li>Must be at least 16 years old </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
