This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our owners and guests. If you are a proven leader in timeshare sales with a passion for coaching and exceeding goals, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and motivate an in-house sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. </li><li>Conduct daily meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and maintain a high-energy sales culture. </li><li>Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement. </li><li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring a consultative, needs-based sales approach. </li><li>Work closely with marketing, resort operations, and senior leadership to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Active Timeshare Sales License (or ability to obtain one). </li><li>Proven experience in timeshare sales management, with a track record of leading top-performing teams. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. </li><li>Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure. </li><li>Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days. </li><li>401(k) with company match. </li><li>Growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company. </li></ul> <p>Join Capital Vacations and be part of a team that is redefining vacation ownership in Pigeon Forge!</p> <p>#CVCY</p>
