Recognizes and understands the impact of social and economic challenges on patients and provides for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of patients and their families. Completes clinical and progress notes based on patient visits and performs ongoing assessments during each visit, documenting all relevant data. Observes, records, and reports patient symptoms, reactions, and changes to the appropriate person as needed.
