<p>Join our Team!</p> <p>Accepting applications for College Intern</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Under general direction creates or updates training (e.g., User Guides, training objectives, Agendas) for Information Technology (IT) Training using Microsoft Office Products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p> </li><li> <p>Assists supervisor & Technology-Based Training Developers, or other IT Staff, with coordinating business review sessions, requirements gathering & business or process analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze, design, develop or modify existing training material(s).</p> </li><li> <p>Under direction of ITS leadership &/or other IT staff, use multiple tools & techniques including Photoshop, PowerPoint, & Word for various learning activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares documentation of computer & human resource factors for new learning, recommends appropriate hardware & software to higher level authorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops system flowcharts & detailed program specifications, structures & procedures including system test procedures to</p> </li></ul> <p>determine validity & reliability. Writes complete system documentation.</p> <ul> <li>The candidate may also work with the DODD IT staff to prepare documentation as needed; or assist in data review/data entry activities. </li><li>Attends meetings & takes notes when manager is not available. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned within scope of internship. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Pursuing a degree program: Information Technology </li><li>Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) </li><li>Experience with collecting & analyzing data is a plus </li></ul>
