<p>15940BR</p> <p>FTE: 1.0</p> <p>Shift: Monday-Friday: 10-hours, overnight with weekend and holiday rotation</p> <p>Compensation: Commensurate with experience</p> <p>Hours Per Week: 40</p> <p>Weekends: Some</p> <p>Benefit Eligible</p> <p>Shift: Monday-Friday: 10-hours, overnight with weekend and holiday rotation</p> <p>The Pharmacist will work in an inpatient, acute care setting and be responsible for clinical and distributive activities, including order verification, medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic dosing, clinical monitoring, team-based rounding, documentation, and teaching. The successful candidate can expect extensive collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, as well as students and residents. Pharmacists can expect to work primarily in 2-4 different therapeutic areas. Candidates with experience in hyperglycemia management, pain management, periprocedural management, psychiatry, geriatrics, oncology, and/or critical care will be given special consideration.</p> <p>At UnityPoint Health, you matter.
