is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives and Contact Center by completing a variety of administrative tasks This role will research and resolve inquires received via inbound and outbound calls emails and internal requests from associates This role will assist in mentoring and training existing staff This associate will have knowledge of company product lines and offerings Shift 2 days per week onsite 930am to 600pm 3 days per week 1000am to 630pm Training schedule may be adjusted to align with trainer Pay 1800 per hour with the ability to increase to 1900 after 6
