Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.</p> <p>The Role: Clerk - Retail Sugar Factory</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Takes food and drink orders from customers. Extend a friendly and courteous welcome to every arriving guest. </li><li>Ensure retail counter is neat and clean and fully stocked at all times. Check pars of retail items and communicate needs to management effectively and timely on a consistent basis. </li><li>Properly wraps, labels, dates and stores all retail items on their proper stations. </li><li>Sets up, operates and cleans all retail counter space and equipment. Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and handling of equipment, using only as intended and only after proper training has been demonstrated. </li><li>Handles all cashiering transactions in accordance with Dover Downs cashiering policies. </li><li>Prepares all menu items according to specific guidelines. </li><li>Ensures that trash is emptied regularly. </li><li>Promotes sale of all retail items and is knowledgeable of menu and retail items. </li><li>Must be able to project voice across the restaurant floor for all guests to hear and understand. </li><li>Create and maintain a sense of urgency. </li><li>Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. </li><li>Respond promptly to customer needs.
