We invest in our employees with our training and development programs and want to see you advance in your career with us.</p> <p>COMPENSATION: $16/hourly</p> <p>SCHEDULE: 10AM-6PM and every Saturday</p> <p>OUR BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off and paid holidays </li><li>401K </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>5-day work week </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Training and Development Programs </li><li>Referral Program </li><li>Legal Coverage </li><li>Identity Theft Protection </li><li>And so much more…. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:</p> <ul> <li>Stock Ins: Receive, check, and organize incoming inventory. </li><li>Daily Deposits: Complete daily bank deposits and maintain records. </li><li>Sales & Service Receipts: Turn in receipts to the back office for processing. </li><li>Previous Day's Buyer's Orders: Ensure buyer's orders are filed and stored properly. </li><li>Refunds: Process refunds and file appropriate documentation. </li><li>Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. </li><li>Call Upcoming Demos: Schedule and confirm demo appointments. </li><li>Prepare Temp Tags: Prepare temporary tags for customer vehicles. </li><li>Restock & Clean Coffee Machine: Ensure the coffee machine is stocked and cleaned regularly. </li><li>Fill Water Cooler: Ensure the water cooler is refilled and clean. </li><li>Check Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail daily. </li><li>Complete Check Requests for Invoices: Assist in processing check requests for vendor invoices. </li><li>Deal Jackets: Ensure deal jackets are prepared, filed, and organized. </li><li>Refunds Filed: Ensure that all refund records are properly filed. </li><li>Deals Filed: File completed deal documents in an organized manner. </li><li>Pictures: Take and maintain pictures for documentation as necessary. </li><li>Supply Checklist: Keep an updated supply checklist and ensure stock levels are maintained. </li><li>VIP Setup & Tear Down: Organize and manage VIP setups and tear downs as required. </li><li>Update Chalkboard for Next Day Demos: Ensure the chalkboard is updated daily with the next day's demo schedule. </li><li>Hang Keys: Ensure that keys are organized and hung in their designated places. </li><li>Organize Supply Closet: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the supply closet. </li><li>Organize Brochure Wall & Closet: Ensure brochures are organized and up-to-date on the brochure wall and in the closet. </li><li>Wipe Down Front Desk: Keep the front desk area clean and organized. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:</p> <ul> <li>Positive, out-going personality </li><li>Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Professional, team-oriented attitude </li><li>Ability to work with a variety of RV clients and prospective customers </li><li>Ability to handle and process deposit payments for RV purchases </li><li>There is an opportunity for advancement within the organization for a motivated individual </li><li>Applicants must be able to work until 8 pm depending on store schedule </li><li>Some weekend schedules maybe required </li></ul> <p>APPLY WITH US!</p> <p>If you are ready for a rewarding career with competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities to excel and advance, consider joining the Blue Compass RV organization.
