We are expanding our office team. </li></ul> <p>Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher</p> <p>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience</p> <p>Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, (with some Saturdays possible in peak season)</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients </li><li>Schedule and dispatch service calls, coordinate maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups </li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current </li><li>Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times </li><li>Use ServiceTitan daily to manage scheduling and communications </li><li>Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>2 + years of experience as a dispatcher, schedule coordinator, project coordinator, or similar office experience </li><li>Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills </li><li>Microsoft Office software skills </li><li>Data entry skills </li><li>Organizational skills and high attention to detail </li><li>Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired </li><li>Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required </li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) </li></ul> <p>If you're looking for a company that invests in your growth, values your expertise, and treats you like family, Mitchell Heating and Cooling is the place for you.</p> <p>APPLY TODAY!</p> <p>Visit Our Website</p>
