<p>Dental Services Supervisor - Senior Care</p> <p>As a Dental Services Supervisor, yoiu will oversee the daily operations of the Dental Department. You will supervise all clinical and non-clinical staff in the clinic and laboratory. This role reports directly to the NSC Administrator.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise the Dental staff. Oversee scheduling of staff dentists and additional support staff. </li><li>Monitor department budget closely and regularly. </li><li>Ensure the quality of patient care provided. </li><li>Interpret State and Federal regulations to insure all requirements are met in the Dental Department </li><li>Requisition general supplies, medication supplies and capital equipment. Maintain a perpetual inventory system. </li><li>Maintain accurate statistical records </li><li>Insure proper documentation of all records. </li><li>Handle front desk functions such as answering phones, patient check in & check out, patient scheduling and registration as needed. </li><li>Oversee external vendors for dental lab services. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>At least 3 years of job-related experience </li></ul>
