Responsible for the quality of patient care and provides leadership, coordination of unit, including day to day management and evaluation of nursing staff. Accountable for ensuring quality, financials, employee engagement, and patient experience in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.</p> <p>Requirement:</p> <p>Education: BSN or Advanced degree in nursing required (or completion of either within 2 years).</p> <p>Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership skills. Nursing Certification in leadership or related specialty preferred.
