<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team at a publicly traded medical device company. This individual will play a critical role in managing and executing key financial processes including international consolidations, payroll, equity accounting, financial reporting, and preparation of board-level reports. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of US GAAP, experience working in a public company environment, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated industry. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 4 days onsite per week.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. </li><li>Coordinate international consolidations of multiple subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP and Company policies. </li><li>Process payroll. </li><li>Prepare and analyze the balance sheet, income statement, P&L, and cash flow statements for internal and external reporting. </li><li>Support the preparation of 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings as needed in collaboration with external auditors and the financial reporting team. </li><li>Conduct thorough account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. </li><li>Prepare monthly analysis summarizing financial performance, strategic initiatives, and operational KPIs. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations to support business initiatives and financial compliance. </li><li>Assist with implementation and enhancement of financial systems and controls. </li><li>Participate in audits and ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. </li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a public company. </li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and consolidation principles. </li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Payroll experience a plus. </li><li>Great Plains experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$85k-$90k Annually</p>
