<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Primarily responsible for the management review program by ensuring all areas are in compliance with established policies and procedures by updating institutional audit files on an annual basis. </li><li>Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the institution's budget and fixed assets' audit. </li><li>Enter shopping carts and receive invoices through SCEIS. </li><li>Prepare and maintain records and filing system for special funds accounts. </li><li>Serve as the IRC sponsor and file retention coordinator. </li><li>Responsible for ordering and inventorying all consumables for the center. </li><li>Serve as the back-up to the business associate (work release-inmate pay). </li><li>Serve as the administrative support for the Chaplain. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule. </li><li>Knowledge of SCEIS/shopping cart and Microsoft Office. </li><li>Additional duties and alternative hours may be required. </li></ul> <p>Resume preferred, but not required.</p> <p>Must successfully complete four (4) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire.</p> <p>Questions regarding the application process, this job posting or any other postings with the SCDC should be directed to:</p> <p>Recruiting and Employment Services</p> <p>(803) 896-1649</p> <p>Employment@doc.sc.gov</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
