<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for various internal and external reporting, including preparation of regulatory reports and assistance with SEC reporting. Responsible for maintaining the company's capital table, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on ownership, equity, and outstanding shares. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepares and reviews financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and various supporting schedules. </li><li>Assists with the preparation and review of internal monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages. </li><li>Ensures timely preparation of SEC filings on Form 10-K and 10-Q, including development of timeline, coordination of support schedules and tie-out procedures. </li><li>Maintains the company's capital table, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on ownership, equity, and outstanding shares. </li><li>Prepares reports and analyses related to the capital table for management and investors. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $53,000 and $92,000.
