Responsibilities include the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise services, including Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID services. This position also collaborates with internal and external team members in the design and implementation of single sign-on (SSO) and identity-provisioning services, and the integration of applications and services within the identity management infrastructure.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Fulfills customer requirements via design/build/test/troubleshoot/document activities for enterprise-class datacenter computing hardware, software, networking tools and platforms. </li><li>Evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products and tools while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled. </li><li>Provides comprehensive support for logical networking and communications protocols, Microsoft products, Intel and midrange platforms, relational databases, and programming/scripting. </li><li>Works on complex applications and/or projects. </li><li>Mentors and assist other team members. </li></ul> <p>Strongly Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of identity management, enterprise directory, and system integration </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. </li><li>5-7 years of experience required. </li><li>Cloud platform experience preferred. </li><li>Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred. </li><li>Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions. </li></ul>
