<p>Southland Holdings is seeking resumes for Oilers that are ready to come to work in Bartow, FL</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Oiler will be responsible for performing routine lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairs on various equipment and vehicles. This role supports both the equipment yard and the shop as needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform regular greasing, lubrication, and minor servicing. </li><li>Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs. </li><li>Assist in the equipment yard and shop as directed. </li><li>Maintain accurate service record and report issues to supervisors </li><li>Ensure a clean and safe work environment. </li></ul> <p>Other Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to legally work in the United States. </li><li>Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment and agree to a post offer drug test. </li><li>Must be willing to work safely and keep OSHA recordable incidents to a minimum. </li><li>Willingness to continue to improve technical knowledge and ability. </li><li>The ability to communicate well and get along with others is an important attribute for the success of this position. </li></ul> <p>Prior experience preferred.</p> <p>Compliance with all safety and company policies and procedures is a must.
