We will accomplish this by focusing on Safety, Integrity, and Teamwork.</p> <p>TITLE: Operations Assistant - Receptionist</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Has onsite responsibility for providing phone and dispatch support during peak operation times within the School Bus Terminal. Respond to inquiries related to student drop-off and pick-up times, basic routing questions and provide general administrative duties. This is a key position providing exceptional customer service, efficient and effective problem-solving.</p> <p>HOURS:</p> <p>Monday - Friday (During School Days)</p> <p>1:00pm-5:00pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <ul> <li>Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries </li><li>Take effective notes when necessary </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service </li><li>Follow-up on request of phone calls with manager </li><li>Communicate with drivers as needed </li><li>Basic administrative tasks to ensure drivers are adequately prepared for routes </li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned </li></ul> <p>GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal.
