Join our team and bring your best self to the table.</p> <p>#bringyourflavor #LI-JM2</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Verify receipt of inbound orders for all suppliers into the customer order management system at poll times. Monitor for any late or unscheduled orders. </li><li>Communicate any missing stores information to transportation and warehouse operations. </li><li>Verify all inbound orders released from costumer order management system land in the warehouse management system to be processed. </li><li>Process daily orders through the billing/waving cycle, manually release orders from the customer order management system as needed. </li><li>Monitor systems during the entire billing process. </li><li>Document and report any unresolved problems to the helpdesk and follow through to a resolution. </li><li>Resolve label printer issues to include initial troubleshooting, sending to core services for repair. </li><li>Complete Label printer health checks and cleaning schedule to ensure continuous operation of label printers. </li><li>Conduct initial troubleshooting for forklift terminals, handheld equipment, Vocollect equipment, computers, tablets, and peripherals. </li><li>Submit access requests and incident tickets as issues arise via Service-Now(SNOW). Monitor teams chats set up to report issues for any potential impacts to DC. </li><li>Monitor/use multiple software applications used by warehouses, transportation, and procurement teams. </li><li>Complete scheduled system administration audits daily, weekly, periodically. </li><li>Monitor all daily EOD and billing jobs and report any unresolved problems to the appropriate departments </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, College preferred, or equivalent industry experience. </li><li>1-3 years' experience with working knowledge of warehouse operations, system support, order processing preferred. </li><li>A good working knowledge of computers and printers, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision. </li><li>Need good time management skills, ability to prioritize is important. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, moderate to heavy phone and email use. </li><li>Ability to make independent decisions and know when to involve supervision. </li><li>Flexibility in work schedule. Able to work any shift including weekends, nights and holidays. </li><li>Systems experience - Manhattan or equivalent WMS, COSMOS or equivalent costumer order management system, TSO/VCICS(mainframe), Pinc yard management system or equivalent, CamsProspero transportation management system or equivalent, MS Office(excel, word). </li><li>Possess good oral and written communication skills, both with co-workers and over the telephone with outside and Company personnel. </li><li>Some work is performed under general office conditions in a temperature-controlled environment. Incumbents may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal. Incumbents will use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment. </li><li>Must be available to work flexible or unusual hours as needed, including nights and weekends. </li></ul> <p>Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience and other relevant factors. Dependent on length of service, certifications and hours worked and terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits. pension and/or 401k eligibility.</p> <p>Diversity is fundamental at Albertsons Companies.
