<p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The HR Recruiting Support Associate is responsible for supporting general operations of the department. They provide all necessary administrative support to the department - maintaining documentation and communications pertaining to the department, gathering necessary data/ reports and coordinating with different departments to fulfill assigned tasks. With the guidance of their Senior Manager, the HR Recruiting Support Associate 1 will work with minimal supervision to ensure that the day-to-day Recruiting Support is provided.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide general administrative support to the department </li><li>Primarily provide recruiting support utilizing Applicant Tracking System </li><li>Maintain all documentation/communications for the department </li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings and in person interview for warehouse and office positions </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>As assigned by the Senior Manager </li></ul> <p>Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands in a high paced environment. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resources position </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>Additional qualifications in Human Resources , warehouse management, or a related field are a plus.</p> <p>Physical Environment/Occupational Risks</p> <ul> <li>Warehouse Environment </li></ul> <p>B&H is an Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity</p>
