<p>Title: Manager, Business Integration</p> <p>Location: Stamford, CT</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt</p> <p>About the Role: The Manager of Business Integration will streamline data and process operations across the Technical Supply Chain. You'll use data analytics to uncover inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and support the integration of new technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep experience in data/process management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Optimize and document supply chain processes, ensuring accuracy across fields, workflows, and data points. </li><li>Maintain data integrity and structure in partnership with the Data Governance team. </li><li>Oversee data point mapping, validation, and integration across supply chain systems. </li><li>Lead and develop a team of Data & Process Analysts. </li><li>Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and key business partners to translate requirements into data and technical solutions. </li><li>Facilitate requirements gathering and detailed process mapping. </li><li>Drive QA and data validation efforts, supporting testing and audits. </li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and process efficiency. </li><li>Guide data integration and gap analyses across systems such as Finance, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Compliance, and Quality. </li><li>Act as the primary contact for process and data integrity, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance standards. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive process and data documentation. </li><li>Deliver training on data integrity and process best practices. </li><li>Track KPIs related to data accuracy, process performance, and team productivity. </li><li>Travel up to 30%. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field. </li><li>4+ years in process improvement, project management, or similar roles. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proven experience in process mapping and redesign. </li><li>Excellent project management and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. </li><li>Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>We offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within a collaborative, high-performing team. </li></ul>
