<p>Full Time Supervisor</p> <p>M-F Days</p> <p>For Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a small team of non-exempt and exempt employees, while managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of up to one subspecialty practice, with additional oversight of one to two other locations within the region.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise and provide leadership to administrative and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow, optimize appointment scheduling, and minimize wait times.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in managing office finances, including billing, invoicing, and expense tracking, to support the financial health of the practice.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for the ongoing development of employee engagement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Technical Expertise</p> <ol> <li> <p>Strong leadership and team management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and project management.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).</p> </li></ol> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ol> <li> <p>Education: Associate's degree in healthcare administration required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare administration is required.
