<p>We're Hiring: Commercial Roofing Construction Manager (Floater) - North Carolina</p> <p>Highland Roofing is growing, and we're on the lookout for a hands-on, experienced Construction Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is open to traveling across our service areas in North Carolina (Wilmington/Raleigh/Charlotte). You'll work closely with our project managers and subcontractors to keep commercial roofing projects running smoothly-from start to finish.</p> <p>At Highland, we treat our team like family. Shingles are a bonus! </li><li>At least 3 years in a construction manager or superintendent role </li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills </li><li>Self-starter who can manage time and priorities independently </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and doing physical tasks </li><li>Good with numbers-especially for material calculations </li><li>Organized, adaptable, and ready to juggle multiple projects </li></ul> <p>About Us: Highland Roofing has been serving the Carolinas for nearly 20 years.
