Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Support solution design and configuration across multiple solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Support and deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Deliver customer workshops. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates and content. Deliver solution training to customer project members. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; delivers according to specification and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Position requires at least two (2) years of experience in each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>SAP ERP platform architecture, analysis, design, enhancement and implementation; and</p> </li><li> <p>Defining secure ways to connect to customer systems, analyzing customer requirements to design and implement scalable SAP Solutions, and executing subsequent implementation of customized SAP solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analytics and Data Visualization tools and concepts;</p> </li><li> <p>Root cause analysis and delivering analytics development and support services in multi-tiered system environments; and</p> </li><li> <p>Defining secure ways to connect front-end reporting tools to databases and executing subsequent development and implementation of analytics solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires up to 20% domestic or international travel to various unanticipated customer sites to implement customer procured solutions.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
