<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with supply chain managers to analyze and evaluate decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategy </li><li>Assist in defining and managing the timelines for the deployment of supply chain processes, ensuring that implementation activities are executed efficiently and according to schedule </li><li>Collaborate with supply chain managers to identify necessary enhancements in existing processes, tools, and technologies to improve operational performance and reduce inefficiencies </li><li>Participate in initiatives to standardize supply chain processes across various departments and locations, promoting best practices and consistency in operations </li><li>Monitor and assess the performance of supply chain processes post-implementation, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of processes, enhancement proposals, and standardization efforts, along with regular reporting to stakeholders on progress and impact </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
