This role supports purchasing decisions, ensures compliance with financial policies, and partners with site leadership to drive efficiency and performance.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure accurate billing and alignment with customer contracts and budgets</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare financial reports, weekly projections, and assist with forecasting</p> </li><li> <p>Audit and process vendor invoices; manage PO process compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the month-end close, ensuring accurate revenue, cost recognition, and data integrity</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure financial compliance across billing, purchasing, and credit control</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Forecast)</p> </li><li> <p>Align purchasing needs with site business plans in coordination with leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare investment requests with financial impact analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor operational productivity, volume, and cost trends</p> </li><li> <p>Provide financial support to the Site Manager and assist with ad hoc initiatives</p> </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or a warehouse environment is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint</p> </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
