Serves as a liaison between Field Management and the Distribution Center.</p> <p>Receives, documents, and logs all calls from store management concerning guests requests, and merchandise, order, delivery, or billing issues. Keys orders and/or corrections into Retek, and coordinates most efficient and cost effective method of shipment. Contacts appropriate personnel concerning product issues and information system issues. May assist in preparing UPS shipments and/or picking merchandise for special orders (i.e., menus, guest checks). Documents and coordinates special order shipments with shipping, logistics, and administration.
