<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Easterseals NH is looking for a Direct Support Associate (DSA) to join our Community Based Services team! This program supports individuals within our residential homes.</p> <p>Hours/Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 4pm - 10pm, 30 hours/week, full-time</p> <p>Compensation: $22.62 hourly</p> <p>About the home: This is a beautiful home in Manchester supporting 9 adult women.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support</p> </li><li> <p>Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry</p> </li><li> <p>Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events</p> </li><li> <p>Follow each individuals care plan</p> </li><li> <p>All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety</p> </li><li> <p>Complete required daily documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as needed or assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 18 years of age or older</p> </li><li> <p>Prior Direct Support experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.</p> </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?
