<p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind our industrial concrete projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Direct daily field operations on projects starting at $5M </li><li>Lead crews & subcontractors through planning, coordination, and execution </li><li>Enforce safety policies and compliance with environmental permits </li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and building codes to ensure accuracy </li><li>Create and maintain project schedules (including two-week lookaheads) </li><li>Manage material orders, inspections, and manpower to meet deadlines </li><li>Monitor work in progress to maintain quality and efficiency </li><li>Document project progress, inspections, and compliance reporting </li><li>Conduct employee performance reviews and mentor your team </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of concrete construction experience (footings, foundations, slabs, columns) </li><li>4+ years supervising large concrete water tank or wastewater treatment projects </li><li>Strong skills in blueprint/spec review & project scheduling </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>#LI-DJ1</p>
