<p>Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Web Methods components while ensuring secure, high-performing integration environments.</p> <p>Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>System Administrator job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Install, configure, and maintain Web Methods components including Integration Server, Broker, Designer, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, and adapters.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor system performance and conduct health checks, applying performance tuning strategies to ensure optimal operation.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage user access, security configurations, and execute backup/recovery procedures to maintain data integrity and security.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot integration workflows and resolve transaction issues, including analyzing logs, error resolution, and supporting upgrades, patches, and deployments.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure integration for business processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage messaging services, queues, API policies, and clustering for high-availability environments, while maintaining documentation and compliance standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of experience in system administration and integration management.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in Cloud Integration, DevOps (CI/CD), and Java REST web services.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Software AG Web Methods components and service integration management.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
