You will be responsible and held accountable for coordinating your team to safely complete their day-to-day tasks.</p> <p>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the point of contact for your area and communicate with management </li><li>Collect, prepare, and present daily metrics </li><li>Ship direct and indirect materials and manage related documentation </li><li>Prepare production ship lists and coordinate team efforts to meet demand </li><li>Train new hires and support cross-training initiatives </li><li>Assist with hiring decisions and onboarding </li><li>Lead 5S efforts and support ISO and safety procedures </li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements </li></ul> <p>For this role you will need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED (preferred, but required if no equivalent experience) </li><li>4+ years of relevant experience and/or training </li><li>Experience using ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook </li><li>Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or verbal instructions </li><li>Ability to perform basic computer operations and mathematical computations </li><li>Ability to operate an overhead crane to move or transfer products </li><li>Ability to safely operate forklifts and move product </li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds </li><li>Familiarity with and ability to use hand and power tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications that set you apart:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SAP ERP specifically </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks </li><li>Flexibility with changing job assignments </li></ul> <p>Our Culture & Commitment to You</p> <p>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
