Join us and you'll have the chance to support projects for some of the world's largest and most state-of-the-art industrial facilities. You'll independently perform mechanical design assignments with general technical guidance on unusual or complex problems. Your mechanical experience will be put to use to create HVAC and Plumbing designs for construction. There will be opportunities to be on project sites to gather existing HVAC and Plumbing conditions and during construction. Bring your creativity, ambitious spirit and extreme attention to detail, and we'll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you - so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree in a related technical discipline is highly preferred </li><li>At least 5 years of experience of practical application experience of mechanical design, including HVAC load and plumbing calculations, equipment selections, and ductwork and plumbing system designs related to building systems </li><li>Proficient working knowledge of Revit software </li><li>General working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing codes </li><li>An understanding of clash detection, clash resolution and building system coordination </li></ul> <p>Location - This role is staffed out of our Conshohocken office as a hybrid position with majority of time worked remote, and approximately 2 days per week in the office on average as needed for projects.</p> <p>Ideally, you'll also have:</p> <ul> <li>Industrial design experience including pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar </li><li>Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams, with the client, and construction team </li><li>Passion for buildings and construction </li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas </li><li>Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base </li></ul> <p>#LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience</p> <p>#LI-SH1</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>71,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>120,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
