<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>A Receptionist in our community provides a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters. In addition to greeting guests, vendors, or anyone arriving, a Receptionist is responsible for maintaining visitor logs and communicating with visitors and those they are looking to visit with. A Receptionist will also answer calls, route phone calls, provide information about the community, and assist with all inquiries made. A Receptionist is the first face people see entering our community and has the privilege of setting the tone for every visit.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Initiate a welcome and inviting greeting for everyone in the community </li><li>Determine a guest/visitors need(s) quickly and direct them where to go </li><li>Answer phone calls or emails professionally and in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Communication</p> <ul> <li>Provide details about guests, their visitation, the community and safety precautions during their visit </li><li>Ensure visitor logs, ID badges, and any security measures are followed by anyone within the community </li><li>Escalate issues, minor or urgent, to those who need to know. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <p>Experience & Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>1-year experience as a receptionist or similar, in a call-center, or administrative environment </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to create and organize documents </li></ul> <p>Resourcefulness</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to take initiative with tasks, especially with safety and sanitation </li><li>Compassion and caring nature, showing a strong desire to provide comfort to guests/residents </li><li>Working effectiveness for organization, with supplies, work areas, files and electronic files. </li></ul> <p>Location Information</p> <p>Park Square Manor is a beautiful community in Avon, IN, with more than 70 units offering independent living.</p>
