<p>Job Description:</p> <p>ASSISTANT TO THE DEAN OF ACADEMICS</p> <p>Full-time Position</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Assists the Dean of Academics in the day-to-day implementation of the school policies and long range planning that are consistent with the archdiocesan policies.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Word and Excel and other Microsoft applications </li><li>Strong internal and external communications skills and organizational skills </li><li>Assist the main office in all morning tasks </li><li>Transcription of minutes for Academic Council meetings </li><li>Organize proctoring duties for the day for teacher absences and enter into the FACTS system </li><li>Maintain FACTS SIS database </li><li>Assist the Dean each quarter with data collection </li><li>Assist with Academic awards </li><li>Assist with in-house scheduling for current students </li><li>Manage and post morning announcements </li><li>Assist with Back to School night in September </li><li>Assist with proctoring duties for midterm/final exams </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li>Other responsibilities as designated by the Dean of Academics </li><li>Submit to a background check and Virtus training </li><li>Salary- $20-24 per hour depending on experience </li></ul> <p>Please send resume to Gina Burby, Dean of Academics at burbyg@echs.com.</p>
