<p>Architectural Metals Installer</p> <p>Apprentices and Journeyman</p> <p>Flynn Group of Companies</p> <p>Salt Lake City, UT</p> <p>Job Summary: Responsible for the installation of metal panel, roofing, Aluminum composite, and/or other metal cladding applications on the exterior of commercial buildings.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive wages </li><li>Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums) </li><li>Paid time off & holiday pay </li><li>Vision & Dental insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Referral bonus program </li><li>Gym membership access </li><li>Annual holiday celebration(s) </li><li>Paid training programs </li><li>401k w/company match </li><li>PPE provided </li><li>Opportunities for career advancement </li></ul> <p>Daily Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install metal wall panel systems, ACM, cladding, and metal roofing on commercial buildings </li><li>Install clips, cut/trim metal panels, level, mount panels, install flashings, caps/coping </li><li>Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms- boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc. </li><li>Follow all safety rules and procedures </li><li>Participate in safety classes and certifications as required </li><li>Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE </li><li>Travel and work at various job sites as needed (Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber County) </li><li>Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1+ years' experience installing ACM, and/or metal panel systems </li><li>Has experience with trade power tools & equipment- can read a tape measure, use drills, saws, etc. </li><li>Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round </li><li>Previous experience with fall-protection and safety procedures </li><li>Has reliable transportation/own motor vehicle </li><li>Willing to submit background check and drug test </li><li>Bilingual is a plus but not required (Spanish) </li></ul> <p>08/12/2025</p> <p>#LN-JN1</p> <p>$20 - $28 an hour</p> <p>Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building's outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
