Duties include but are not limited to: security checks, meal pass, inmate supervision, headcounts, reporting, processing incoming inmates, releasing inmates and various other duties.</p> <p>Brief Description:</p> <p>The Licking County Sheriff's Office is seeking qualified candidates to build an eligibility list to fill current and future positions as Correctional Officers. LCSO Corrections Officers work in a 24 hour, full-service Corrections Facility. Licking County provides competitive salaries and benefit packages.</p> <p>Job Prerequisites:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age, US citizen, valid Ohio driver's license, high school diploma or general equivalency diploma</p> <p>Additional Qualifications (Agency/Dept. Qualifications): Upon hire, candidate must complete the agency's Jail Division Field Training Program for Corrections Officers.
