<p>Advanced Team Member (ATM)</p> <p>Location: Pasadena, CA | Starting Pay: $20.50+/hour</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>At Chick-fil-A Pasadena, our Advanced Team Members (ATMs) are essential to delivering operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and team growth. As highly skilled and dependable leaders within the restaurant, ATMs set the bar for efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality.</p> <p>This role bridges high performance with leadership development-providing hands-on opportunities to influence operations, train and mentor others, and model Chick-fil-A's commitment to care and excellence every day.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate proficiency and leadership across all Front of House (FOH) and Heart of House (HOH) positions. </li><li>Train, coach, and develop both new and seasoned team members in all operational areas. </li><li>Uphold and reinforce Chick-fil-A Pathway standards, including food safety, quality, and guest service. </li><li>Lead by example in delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service at all times. </li><li>Support daily operations with initiative, adaptability, and teamwork. </li><li>Promote a positive, caring, and team-oriented work environment. </li><li>Maintain professionalism, a growth mindset, and consistent accountability. </li><li>Submit timely and thorough Training Updates and performance feedback. </li><li>Collaborate with Operations Leads, Managers, Directors, and the Owner/Operator on special assignments and restaurant goals </li></ul> <p>Culture Expectations: The 3 C's</p> <p>Every Chick-fil-A Team Member is expected to embody our Commitment to Care and core values through strong Character, Chemistry, and Competency.</p> <p>Character</p> <ul> <li>Maintains an encouraging and engaging attitude. </li><li>Treats self and others with honor, dignity, and respect. </li><li>Displays humility, confidence, and reliability in every situation </li></ul> <p>Chemistry</p> <ul> <li>Communicates clearly and respectfully across all levels of leadership. </li><li>Builds strong, positive relationships within the team. </li><li>Leads with empathy, fairness, and a servant's heart. </li></ul> <p>Competency</p> <ul> <li>Models excellence in execution, systems, and guest service. </li><li>Coaches others effectively, adapting to various learning styles. </li><li>Stays up to date on all Chick-fil-A and ACG Foods LLC. systems, procedures, and expectations. </li><li>Provides detailed, constructive feedback to ensure consistent improvement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Minimum 3 months of Chick-fil-A experience preferred. </li><li>Fully available Fridays and Saturdays; open or close at least twice weekly (Mon-Thurs). </li><li>Averages 30+ hours weekly over a 90-day period. </li><li>No disciplinary actions or more than 3 call-outs in the past 90 days. </li><li>Willingness to work holidays, mornings, nights, and weekends as needed. </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: $22.00+/hour (After promotion) </li><li>Overtime Opportunities </li><li>Meal Allowance & Discounts </li><li>Sundays Off </li><li>401(k) Eligibility after 1 year of employment </li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision: $250 monthly health contribution </li><li>Scholarship Opportunities </li><li>Team Culture Perks: Flexible scheduling, quarterly outings, holiday events, and more! </li></ul> <p>Benefits and compensation are subject to change annually.</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
