Meade, MD (100% ONSITE)</p> <p>Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire (5 Years Left on the Contract)</p> <p>MUST HAVES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance </li><li>Master's & 10+ YOE | Bachelor's & 12+ YOE | Associate's & 14+ YOE | 16+ YOE </li><li>Experience creating/updating curriculum for Cybersecurity/IT training </li></ul> <p>Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM, 8 hour shift</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support all aspects of Watch training capabilities, tasks, and options, from required development to transition into operations. </li><li>Establish a community of interest between cyber-Watch security trainers and both industry and government requirements. </li><li>Analyze the training curriculum, performance objectives, training plans, certification standards, exercise objectives, and evaluation standards to project future performance objectives and assist with the development of training materials to support Watch Training objectives that will ensure Watch Officers possess the necessary skills required to accomplish the mission. </li><li>Support the development of the new innovations scope and objectives, high level requirements development, and conduct training requirements and achievement of CERT completion and recommended technology acquisition planning support to enable next generation technology investments. </li><li>Elicit inputs for the planning process from cyberspace operations elements (to include assessments) throughout the program community to assure inputs are representative of the community's full scope. </li><li>Support the continuous performance improvement and standardization efforts based on future capability needs, alternate approaches, flexible applications, and adversary modifications. </li><li>Maintain maintenance of training databases to ensure accuracy and timelines of records. </li><li>Assist in the tracking and reporting of Agency-level training requirements for the Watch workforce. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Organized, deliberate, and able to work alone or in a team </li><li>Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with large data sets. </li><li>Knowledge of joint doctrine, joint plans, policies, and practices supporting the full spectrum of military operations </li><li>Good oral and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
