<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant in Natick, MA.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Staff Accountant will prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy </li><li>Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies </li><li>Process employee expense reports and vendor invoices in accordance with company policies </li><li>Support budgeting and financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports </li><li>Manage daily Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing, cash application, and collections </li><li>As a Staff Accountant, you will handle Accounts Payable functions such as invoice logging, approval workflows, and payment coordination </li><li>Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet accounts and assist with financial audits </li><li>Utilize accounting software and Excel to analyze and report financial data </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with internal controls* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred </li><li>3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles </li><li>Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (intermediate to advanced level) </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision </li></ul>
