<p>Job Title- Sr. UAT Analyst</p> <p>Pay Range: $60 - $65</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and final approval </li><li>Lead test strategy development, test case creation, and regression suite design aligned with business objectives </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure acceptance criteria is achieved </li><li>Document and communicate test results, traceability matrices, and defect logs using JIRA and Octane </li><li>Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback </li></ul> <p>.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or software testing in financial services or enterprise systems </li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies . </li><li>Proficiency in JIRA, Octane, and SQL. </li><li>Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle OBPM, FCUBS, and OBLM is a plus . </li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills </li></ul> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
