The analyst will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the electronic exchange of information between our company and customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of EDI protocols, standards, and processes, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.</p> <p>In addition to maintaining data feed and processing schedules, the analyst will play a vital role in developing ad hoc queries and processing customer files that require a high level of detail and technical understanding of the benefit enrollment data. They will be responsible for client specific recurring tasks involving data analytics and providing client report deliverables.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis and execution of requests that require data pull from various databases using SQL. </li><li>Writing SQL scripts, queries, and stored proceduresDevelops complex advancement reports using SQL, Microsoft Office and other utilities or languages as necessary </li><li>Work closely with benefits administration and development teams to support data pull requirements for customers while ensuring quality of data. </li><li>Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, execute data pull activities on benefits databases, secure approvals and import data. </li><li>Work across multiple teams, often with those who are remote. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or technology technology-related field </li><li>At least three years of experience in an EDI service center is required. </li><li>Hands-on knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and Macros with the ability to write/modify/optimize queries based on requirements. </li><li>Comfortable working with multiple data sources, including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, and proprietary databases. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant field preferred </li><li>3 years of relevant experience </li><li>Must possess analytical skills </li><li>Must be able to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical data </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li></ul> <p>#LI-CM #LI-Hybrid</p>
