<p>Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Rehab Clinic Assistant to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.</p> <p>Performs a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care and services.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday: 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m. </li><li>Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. </li><li>Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. </li><li>Thursday: 9:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. </li><li>Friday: 7:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:</p> </li><li> <p>Six months experience in a customer service job, or medical related experience in a hospital, rehab, or clinical setting.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work independently under the supervision of multiple rehabilitation professionals on recurring assignments.</p> </li><li> <p>Should have critical thinking skills and be able to problem-solve.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal communication, customer relations, and listening skills are essential.</p> </li><li> <p>Good telephone etiquette, money handling, and keyboarding skills are needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to promote and maintain good customer relations and patient confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the phone with a wide variety of patients (i.e., Those with speech and hearing impairments, those requiring interpreters)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes switching between tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working with computers and learning new equipment and software as needed within the scope of the role.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: </li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology. </li></ul>
