This role is ideal for professionals with a strong mathematical or engineering background and advanced expertise in Excel. (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education) </li><li>3+ years of experience in IT project delivery or a related role. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables, macros, advanced data analysis functions, and building models). </li><li>2+ years of demonstrated experience in creating standard documentation such as requirements and design specifications, test scripts, and system documentation. </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check, and drug screening. </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills with proven ability to read, interpret, and model complex calculations in Excel and translate them into actionable system requirements. </li><li>Proficiency in project management and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, or Smartsheet. </li><li>Experience testing software, tracking issues, and ensuring high-quality outputs. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. </li><li>Strong customer service and team collaboration skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Knowledge of SNUGGPro is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Working at ICF</p> <p>ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we're not your typical consultants.
