We are currently seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join a passionate team focused on advancing cancer treatment solutions through cutting-edge biotechnology.</p> <p>Pay: $67/hr. | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and champion departmental or cross-functional software quality initiatives, best practices, and systems to ensure compliance and excellence. </li><li>Provide project direction, coaching, and mentoring to engineering and technical teams while offering technical guidance on software quality issues. </li><li>Implement and oversee process controls, CAPA systems, and business systems to identify, prevent, and resolve software quality issues. </li><li>Apply systematic problem-solving methods and manage small to medium-sized projects using standard project management practices. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>9-11 years of experience with a BS in Engineering (Software Engineering preferred), or 7-8 years with an MS degree. </li><li>Proven experience leading large teams in software testing. </li><li>Strong understanding of the software test review process. </li><li>Experience in software test architecture. </li><li>Skilled in both automation and manual test procedures for medical device environments. </li><li>Knowledge of IEC-62304 standards for software verification and validation. </li></ul> <p>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).</p> <p>Advance your career while contributing to life-changing medical technology.
