<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The PC Analyst role is responsible for keeping the network computing systems operating efficiently and assure that computing standards are implemented and enforced; extend IS support services to staff and members both in person and remotely. This role performs operational tasks directly related to the Credit Union's PC equipment and account processing system.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Installs, supports, and manages software and hardware devices (including inventory management/tracking and licensing). Responds to and develops solutions for component failures and complex technical problems in all of these areas to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure. </li><li>Consults with Information Systems management and other personnel to assure that IS standards for control, security and data recoverability are understood and followed; coordinates with other IS staff to assure that appropriate IS computing standards are implemented and maintained; manages software upgrades to assure compliance with standards and control procedures. </li><li>Participates in team and individual projects including new location setups. </li><li>Provides Tier II Helpdesk support to LMCU personnel. </li><li>Collaborates with IS Network systems staff to support the following computing components PC/LAN workstations, WAN communications links, printers, telephony equipment, and peripheral devices. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Two to five years of similar or related experience. A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours. </li><li>A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred. </li><li>Experience in PC usage and hardware/software support. </li><li>Experience with Active Directory, DNS, PC Imaging Software, Helpdesk ticketing system. </li><li>Current windows OS experience a plus. Some physical work is required. </li><li>Ability to diagnose problems over a WAN in remote locations. </li><li>Must be able to install, troubleshoot, and support personal computers, Windows, network and data communications software and hardware. </li><li>Proficient in Antivirus, diagnosing faulty hardware and software, software installation locally and remotely. Must be familiar with Office Productivity Suite and able to work trouble tickets. </li></ul> <p>LMCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
