Affiliated with UT Tyler School of Medicine, we provide top-tier education, innovative research, and residency programs training future medical leaders. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides clinical assessments with regards to patient's overall nutritional needs based on their medical diagnosis or performance enhancement requirements. </li><li>Follows recommended nutritional guidelines for all athletes and physically active individuals. </li><li>Provides nutrition related education to the area's athletic programs and teams. </li><li>Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients of all age groups according to Nutrition Care Process, and serves as a nutrition resource to the medical staff, hospital staff and the community. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Registered Dietitian </li><li>Licensed in Texas </li><li>Background in sports nutrition and working with athletes in high school and collegiate levels </li></ul> <p>Preferred Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year clinical experience </li><li>Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) </li></ul>
